Call Kudu is a trading name of Overtime Technologies Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (No. 16766986). We operate the voice AI answering service at callkudu.com. 2. Scope

This policy covers personal information collected via callkudu.com and through use of the Call Kudu service, including website visitors, trial users, and paying customers.

  • Account information: name, business name, email address, phone number.
  • Usage data: call logs, transcripts, AI-generated summaries, and configuration settings.
  • Website analytics: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and session data (via Google Analytics).

  • To provide and operate the Call Kudu service.
  • To respond to support requests and manage your account.
  • To improve the service through analytics and quality review.
  • To send service-related communications (not marketing without your consent).

When Call Kudu answers calls on your behalf, we act as a Data Processor and you are the Data Controller for your callers' personal data. You are responsible for ensuring your callers are appropriately informed that their call may be answered by an AI and may be recorded or transcribed, and for identifying your lawful basis for that processing under UK GDPR and PECR.

7. Data Storage & Transfers

Your data is processed and stored in Ireland (EEA) and the United States by our sub-processors. Transfers outside the UK are conducted under appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms). We do not store personal data on servers in Great Britain as primary infrastructure.
